I have a pair of bicolor anthias that were given to me. One has increasing bumps on its side, mostly between the eye and edge of the gill. This one is also opening and closing its mouth rapidly for the last week or so. It eats well and is very active. It had some raised areas on it when I got it. The other anthias shows no signs of this and the two hang together most of the time. Any ideas?

Sounds like they might have a case of flukes. Highly recommend to start with a freshwater dip to either confirm or eliminate flukes. Use a dark colored container it's much easier to see the little sesame seed whiteish bodies of the flukes when they drop off.
