Looks like problems with the anus or genital papilla. Can you see anyting sticking out from the opening ? This could be a real intestinal worm infection. Try to see if it is developed from the anus or the gential opening/papilla. They sitting close - it could be difficult.

Sincerely Lasse

Thank you for the reply
I don’t believe I can find the difference as it is really difficult

Maybe best is waiting to cure it self in this conditions

Just look out so you do not see any worms sticking out. Is she eating good?

Sincerely Lasse

Dear Lasse

I can’t see she eats good like others they just pick 1- 2 pellets if they are lucky when my auto feeder feeds but they always stay in a gyre area where particular have circular flow to them

Probably she is eating

Btw, I didn’t see any worms but today more brown area it’s like fish is decaying
I see ****e spots in tail and near mouth too :(

This fish looks like a goner I afraid to loose my other stocks

This can be a internal bacterial disease. Which is impossible to say. Likely vibriosis or simulare disease

First - I would take it up from the aquaria. It can be a sink for these bacteria (if it is that) and go further to the others

I would try to take it up in a 10 or 20 litre bucket, put a powerhead, the fish and use some compounds with Nifurpirinol or Nitrofurazone. Hold it dark and no feeding. Maybe TTM every 2 days with new medicated water.

Sincerely Lasse

Dear Lasse

We lost the fish

I pass my thanks to you for the time and suggestions

Regards

Just look at the others if a similare pattern show up. If it does - you can be rather sure that is an infection going on. Try to isolate asap. Many times isolation is the best way to stop an infectious disease - you take away the sink for the pathogens

By the way - it is a beautiful aquarium you have

Sincerely Lasse
