Is it possible/healthy for the fish or do they need a much larger tank? I want to add some color and motion to my tank.

I have a gold assessor and two orange skunk clowns

When I had a trio in my 180 they always stayed to one side and never went to the other side. I would think a couple would be ok in a 40b, which anthias are you looking at?

I got mine from Zoa Collextor, one of our vendors here. Had a harem but the male jumped. Now I have 2 males and 2 females. Going to have to separate one of the males. Harem is the way to go. You should be good with what you have now.

Thanks! Any suggestions on which type? I have a mixed reef with inverts

Depends on your budget... they can go from 50$ and up... I got the harem of Bartletts for $250 shipped.

I've always been a sucker for lyretails and pink square backs are second, but those are too big for a 40

I like the Fathead Sunburst, which is better off alone if you aren't looking for a harem option.

I would recommend dipar or randalls. They are still hardy, but less aggressive among each other than bartletts and lyeetails.
