Anthias in QT. Identify disease please

I have 6 Bartlett and 1 lyetail Anthias in QT. They went through 7 days of General Cure Followed by 10 days of copper. On day 3 of copper I added Prazi. We are on day 11 of copper power. I did a 5 day ramp. (Effectively day 6 of copper).

One of the largest Bartlett since day 2 of copper ramping has exhibited these spots. I don’t see any on any of the other fish. They have been eating great all along including the infected fish.

Two questions. Is this Crypto (ick) or something else. I assume it’s ick just didn’t think it would still be this visible this deep into the copper treatment.

Looks like lymphocystis. Harmless virus condition. Probably brought on by the fish's suppressed immune system by the copper. High quality foods with some vitamins (like Selcon) will help the fish's immune system. The condition can come and go. Usually not a problem unless on the gills or mouth.

It can take weeks or months to clear up in the absence of medications. Unless it covers the gills or mouth (so it cannot breathe or eat) it’s harmless. Even if it does, it can be scraped off with a razor blade, although it’s not a fun task!
