I've kept the SG at 1.019, temp is 78, one of those auto heaters, preset. Gonna try and get some live food. Chopped up the mysis for tonight. Hopefully they eat.

If food doesn't solve your problem, it just might be that the anthias have already established a hierarchy. Do you feed twice a day?

Yes, morning and night. The bossy one is the one eating.
would that cause the other two not to eat? they're in a 10 gallon qt.

Have no idea, they all look the same to me. I have a pic when I first got them. Have another qt tank, should I put the 2 not eating in there?

I've had great luck with small foods like cyclops in high flow areas. Anthias are generally planktonic feeders on a reef so they tend to gravitate to smaller foods. You may try something like that as well.
