Anthias' pectoral fin broken?

Her left pectoral fin is broken. It's not ripped but I think the bone connected to it is damaged. It no longer moves and will stay like that. Will it heal though?

There is really no way to say what will happen. Only that fish are amazing at the amount of damage they can sustain and eventually recover from. If the fish is able to compete for food still, there is always a chance at recovery. Ive seen fish lose almost all their fins in fights with other fish to a few months later look like nothing happened.

Thanks but what I meant was if it's able to heal at all. Like when your bone is broken it might heal but when you cut off your finger it never grows back.
