I have 3 had Bartlett's anthias for three months. 2 of them are large in size, one is a lot smaller. The male's fins are starting to rot, and I don't know what to do. All other fish appear healthy, even more sensitive ones like a powder blue.

No, you would mix the kanaplex and focus with food and feed it to the fish directly. I would not dose the entire DT.
Do a 5 to 1 ratio between focus and kanaplex to frozen food, and add a little taste enhancer like seachem garlic guard, then feed a little at a time to your fish and away from corals. Probably a good idea to shut off flow while feeding.
+1, Bartlett anthias are notorious for picking amongst themselves...sometimes until only one is left
The focus is a binder, to attach the medicine to the food. To be safe, you can run carbon while treating to pull any medication that might still leach from the food. If you use focus, leaching should be minimal.
My experience with anthia aggression was with lyre-tails and was not evident at all during daytime hours. They would just disappear one at a time overnight

I actually find feeding time is when everything in my tank is the least aggressive. They chase the food instead of each other.
