Anthias problem

Guys can any one tell me what happened to my poor Anthias suddenly. Water parameters ok, water litter higher salinity but will bring down soon. Any remedy.

Looks a little malnurished, may have an internal parasite.
 
Let's see what the #reefsquad recommends.
 
How much and how often are you feeding it? If it is an internal parasite, and if it's not already in quarantine, move it over to quarantine for observation. Prazipro I believe is the recommended treatment for internal parasites. Have you observed long, white, stringy poo at all?
 
Welcome to R2R! How is the fish behaving? Looking for symptoms like heavy breathing, twitching, hiding from light, etc.
What have you treated it with so far? Have you given it a freshwater dip to check for flukes?
 
She's also got a gaping wound in her gill plate, which might have begun with aggression, but now has some bacterial involvement - or might possibly be the result of Uronema. How's she doing now?
