Anthias Sick or turning male???

Just got my harem of anthias in the DT from a LFS that quarantines with Copper. The biggest one started showing this pattern of what looks like loss of color. Her body has definitely got more red over the last two days, thoughts?

she eats like a pig and no behavior that concerns me. I have a QT set up and ready if anyone can ID an infection, thank you!

sounds like it's morphing to male. the dorsal fin will become spiked also.

That’s what I’m thinking. Researching all these diseases got me paranoid. Gorgeous fish! Hopefully mine turns out like that.
