Anthias Spinal Injury or Swim Bladder?

(Sorry for the background noise - getting our 1.5yr old to stay quiet for more than 2 sec just isn't possible these days... <grin>)

This has been going on for a few days now (4 or 5). I don't see any swelling in the bladder area and the swimming is "heads up", which generally indicates a spinal injury of some type?

Fins are getting ragged and it's starting to just lie on the rock work (as was briefly seen in the video). I'm thinking it's time to give it a clove oil bath, but does anyone else have any other options?

How is the fish doing?

Could the fish have jumped and hit a lid or canopy?

I was going to get a new picture, but I can no longer find the fish. :-\

I'm assuming it's died, but I can't find it anywhere in the tank - not even with a flashlight looking in all the crevices. I've got a full lid, so it couldn't have jumped out. My ammonia isn't spiking, so if it is dead, it's either not decaying very fast or else my tank is (finally) mature enough to handle it...

I suspect that a hermit crab will drag it out into the open sometime soon. Either that or it will emerge from some hiding hole still alive (though it's missed two feedings, so I doubt that).

Yup; the crabs had it. Just fished it out with the tongs, much to their dismay.
I'm not sure what caused the injury - quite possibly a jump as you suggest, @Tahoe61.

Not too long ago, I had a trio of anthias in the tank. About a month or two ago, I found the smallest of them dead on the bottom with no apparent cause. A few days later, I watched from across the room as a larger hermit crab snagged one of the remaining pair while it was "sleeping". The hermit (along with the medium-sized one just in case) was banished to the sump (where it is quite happy). The remaining anthias seemed out of sorts all by itself and my plan was to re-home it when I moved into the new tank. :-\
I doubt that the remaining hermits in the tank were responsible for this; they (two of them) are still quite small and this was the largest of the trio. I suspect that it was intimidated by the other fish in the tank now that it was alone, perhaps? Wish I had pulled it out into a QT tank sooner, but I did not suspect anything so dire would happen. **sigh**
