so my lyretail anthias suddenly within the span of a day is not doing well

yesterday i woke up and she was swimming around fine, but by the time i got some frozen food thawed and ready, she was mia. i saw her under her rock where she sleeps and goes for refuge and thought it was odd, but not overly concerning. but then she stayed under there the entire day..

later last night i went to glue some corals (recently purchased from a hobbyist, not QTed) and kind of shifted the rock she was under so i was a little worried i had pinned her so i picked the rock up and she kind of swam around all disoriented. by this time i was very concerned for how she was doing. she eventually settled in a back corner of the tank laying upright in a corner not moving or swimming.

this morning i figured i'd wake up to her dead, but she's still just laying there. i tried to feed a bit with a turkey baster to get her some food, but it just falls on her and she doesn't react. so i caught her with a net and have put her in the sump so at least the flow and light aren't bothering her. she did swim away from the net but in bursts and running into stuff, acting very lethargic or confused. blind?

it doesn't seem to be a disease issue, none of my other fish are having issues. i haven't added any fish in months, but i have added corals and don't qt so disease isn't outside the realm of possibility, but it just doesn't seem like the issue. bullying could be an issue, she and my flame angel have never been the best of friends, but i haven't noticed anything out of the norm and it's odd she'd just give up like that. fins didn't look nipped nor any injuries that i could see

has this ever happened to anyone? i've read cyanide can cause blindness, which seems to fit and cyanide caught anthias are around.. but i've had her for over a year. seems like a long time if cyanide was the issue, no?

beyond that, i've never seen white stringy poo from her and she was always an eating machine, so parasites seems unlikely, but i'm no expert. she has no ich or velvet type spots. i do have a picture last night after i scared her and she was showing some stress coloring, but that doesn't seem odd

tl;dr:

tank over a year old
fish been in the tank for a year
no new fish for 6ish months
all other fish and corals doing fine

basically i suppose my question is.. any reason to hold out hope? i have looked into fish euthanasia and that might be the play, but i hate to not give her a chance to work through whatever is happening, if possible. i also don't want her to suffer needlessly and get munched on by CUC before she passes. super bummed, this was my favorite fish

thanks

so she's still alive, but i noticed she had a case of popeye going on today, so i'm giving her an epson salt bath. torn on whether to put her back in the dark freaky sump or back in the dt and just dose epson salt again in a couple of days to the DT. kinda worried i don't know how well she's doing and to just put her back in the dt might be too much...

i think she hit her head or something and i mistook her confusion for blindness. really hoping she can pull through, honestly thought she'd be dead days ago
