Today my big anthias died without any signs and I noticed my little one has popped out the symptoms…She has not come out since last night, rest on the rock work, going to cleaner shrimp for gill scratch which I found weird. This evening, I found it dead .It looks like an Uronema parasite from the other’s posts but I’m not so sure

all the other fish is doing fine.

I don’t have a QT setup by hand, shoud I just dump this little guy? I’m more than afraid it will spread to my whole fish in the tank….

sorry pic is really blue

You'll need one of the resident experts to respond but I didn't think that uronema presented as multiple lesions, only single.

Fins are tattered which may indicate physical injury through aggression, with a bacterial infection.

I got some pics here, hope it looks quite clear.

thx!

Tough to see clearly. Multiple lesions like that and the fish posing in front of the cleaner shrimp makes me think flukes. Also, Uronema is usually more red in color. How long have you had these anthias? Uronema usually shows up when you first get new fish, while flukes show up after weeks to months.
