Anthias with large white marks

I have three anthias from Live Aquaria that I received about three weeks ago. They have been in QT with no medications. I am feeding them brine.

Today for the first time one showed signs of a parasite/disease and the area is quite large. Can anyone diagnose what the fish in the lower right has?

Looks like an infection starting up or uronema is another possibility. I’ve got a batch of anthias in QT right now with uronema and it looked similar to that before I got it under control.

I would give the fish a 5 min freshwater dip or 45 min formalin bath for immediate relief.

And then treat with this combo in QT: Seachem Metroplex + Kanaplex + Furan-2.

An update:
These fish have been off of the medications since the 8/2 and they are looking and eating great. Now the long process of letting them hang out in QT to ensure they are clean.
