Anthias with uronema or markings?

I was at my LFS and he had 3 anthia for sale. 2 of them have strange pink marks on the sides while 1 of them only had a pink mark on one side. All the pink stripes are in the same area of each fish.
I also do not know what anthia it is, he called them red fin anthias. Which I don't believe they are.
So, is it just the fish's normal markings? Are they female turning into male? Or is it uronema?
I did my best to get pictures of these guys. The tanks are not well kept, the fish are slightly thin.

After digging through many anthias photos, these are marcias anthias. I guess they are turning male
