Quick question. I'm sure you can, but I just want to confirm. Can I run metroplex, kanaplex, and furan 2 with cupramine?

You can use them with copper. You will want to make sure you have ample oxygenation as combining meds will lower the available oxygen.

The best way to achieve this is by using a wavemaker pointed upward creating heavy surface tension.
