I was reading about what medications I should keep in hand and I can’t find either antibiotic recommended, is

Fish Recover M (250 mL) - Brightwell a good product to have on hand ?

That product is one of the botanical "tonics" on the market. I don't use any of those as they aren't true antibiotics, and their efficacy in marine aquariums is unknown to me. These all can cause serious problems if you overdose, especially if corals are in the tank (but you shouldn't dose antibiotics in tanks with corals either).

So what about reports of these products working? One reason is that many secondary bacterial infections go away on their own, the fish heal themselves despite what is added to their water.

What antibiotic would be best to have on hand and how much ? I only have 8 fish left and don’t anticipate have more then 13
Well, no antibiotic should be added to your DT, so if your QT is 20 gallons, you would need enough to run a full treatment - trouble is, I can't tell you how much, that varies depending on the antibiotic and the vendor. For the Seachem products like Neoplex and Kanaplex, you would want to have one tupe on hand.
