You may want to research that because UV kills off bad stuff in the water column along with good stuff. Very large tanks seem to do better with UV but I don't think they run them 24 7 maybe overnight. Your return pump needs to focus on circulation turnover through the sump for your filtration to work properly. To low is not beneficial and to high results in not enough dwell time. 3x to 5x is general guide but can be as high as 10x if needed through the sump.
