Any Apex COR-20 Users?

any apex cor-20 users here? I'm trying to figure some stuff out and if anyone could help me, I'd be very appreciative

I'm trying to drop down my power on the 20, but I always see it saying 100% even when the mode is set to 40%

That is normal to see 100% and that is the correct way to have the COR programmed. The Tile is saying is the COR is running 100% of your Max IQ setting of 40%.
