Any clue what these small white things are? Just appeared on the wall.

Spirobid worms. They are filter feeders, generally benign, but some people were complaining that they were spreading too much.

They will completely cover the overflow box over time.

I get these in one of my tanks. They're fairly easy to scrape off, and I do so because I find them pretty unsightly. But I think they're a direct result of overfeeding. (Which I know I'm guilty of in that tank)
