Any clue??? Should I be worried?

First off, new to this... about 4 months in with a 13.5 fluval. My store is closed till Friday so hoping someone can help... found these burrows and while staring at them, my son and I saw movement... Help??

Try and upload to YouTube or another hosting site and then share the link on here if possible , most of us can’t see the videos for some reason.

Video works for me. Some type of shrimp larve would be my guess. Possibly pistol shrimp larve?

It will be interesting to see what they grow into. You said they were hitchhikers? I wonder if they are a pair?

Was really hoping for pods of some sort, does look like shrimp to me also. This is super zoomed in, that burrow is probably size of angel hair pasta noodle.
So now what? Is there a reef safe critter that will eat? It bought a huge flowerpot Goniopora about three weeks ago, thinking it must of Hitched in that. Also have green star, trumpets, couple mushrooms and Zoa frag. also saw Aptaisia on trumpet this weekend. Sucks as I started with dry rock in hopes of avoiding this.

I don't know. I would keep them around. They look like they are cleaning up the tunnel.

I am pretty sure there may be more.... there are about 3 burrows in that area and may of been more before I sucked up some poop with baster. Or they could just move around? I have no clue, all guesses

You're not going to avoid them. They will sneak in on corals and stuff. They can be so tiny you wouldn't even see them with magnifying glass.

I would sit by the tank after lights out and look at your substrate to see what you have, as far as pods and other critters. Like I said, I would let them stick around, at least until they turn on your fish or corals, IF that's even going to happen.
