Any clue what these might be?

So I’m really curious what these little guys really and how they got in my new bare bottom dry rock tank. Also if there good or bad. it’s only 4moths into its cycle with a few fish that came from my old tank. I did a 2 month quarantine with all my fish when my tank was cycling. All I have added so for is Algae barns copepods phytoplankton and Chato + Microbacter7.
