Ill start by saying this doesn't look like a crab to me. Sometimes it just hangs out on that rock when the lights are on. Any suggestions?

Pic very blue and fuzzy but looks like either an asterina star or zoa spider.
Id remove with net and discard either way
 
Zoa spider... That definitely looks like what it may be. Now to try and get it out of there. Thank you!
