Look for some polycarbonate overflow lids and teeth - pretty simple design

23.75" x 2" lids

23" x 2" pieces with teeth milled in

.25" black polycarbonate

Can provide CAD in whatever format needed.

Thank you for the reply, sorry I missed it. I went ahead and just cut it all on the bandsaw. Not perfect but will do.
