Any diagnosis on this?

Its like a couple lumps on her gills.. the fish is still eating very well. Not reclusive and hasnt flashed or scratched on the rocks or anything. So a normal fish behaviour but just some lumps. Tia

If it is only on one side of the fish, it is unlikely to be any of the highly communicable diseases. This leaves a scrape/injury followed by a mild bacterial infection as the most likely cause of this.

Can you get a closer picture, taken under white light?
How long have you had this fish?
How long has it had these lesions?
What other fish are in with it?

Yes its only on one side.. i dont really know probably about just over a week. Ive had this fish for a couple month. And just its male partner. Also is this any better photo

I think this is a scrape and minor infection. These can get better on their own, but not always. The treatment would be to move it to a hospital tank and treat with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic such as furan 2 or Neoplex - even Maracyn 2.
