There use to be quite a few acrylic specialty stores out there that made as needed parts and what not. Is there anyone out there anymore? Say like a custom skimmer collection cup, or probe holder, filter sock holder...etc?
Thanks,

Luke

You'll have a hard time with something like that. I think my old eshopps had a twist on cup.

Did you try atfully acrylic? or ask Marc Levenson. I know he does some acrylic work. IDK about custom though.

I think I asked about everyone, not Marc yet. And agreed it will be tough to find someone to make custom parts. It use to be pretty easy 7-8 yrs ago but there is not much of a diy market anymore. Products actually work well now!

If you can do a CAD drawing of the part you may be able to find someone with a 3D printer to make the locking mechanism.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking the same on the twist lock. Might be my only route.
