Any experience with little/summer skates?

Bored sitting at home due to a certain global situation and I was searching for small rays, well I came across the little skate which can apparently be bought live at some fish markets as food. I’m curious if anyone here has ever tried keeping one. I can only find info on them in the wild. I’m personally no where near ready to try something like this just bored curious and casting a line and seeing what I catch lol

No experience, but I'm fairly certain that California Round Rays (Urobatis halleri) are smaller. Looks like the skates like their water cold too...
