Any experience with my aquarium box

I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the my aquarium box subscription. It's a subscription service where u pay $30 a month and u get a box of different products for your aquarium. It is a surprise so u don't know what is coming each month but it says the value is usually $20 or more over what u pay

I just listened to a podcast episode of "Saltwater Aquarium Radio" during which the host interviewed the guy that does My Aquarium Box... It's worth a listen. I've gone to the website and looked, and it looks fairly interesting. I'm thinking about signing up. I'd love to know if anyone has had any experience to share!

I listen to that podcast too. It's great and is getting better. He interviewed algaebarn owner and talked about pod cultivation. Very interesting and I also subscribed to my aquarium box and should receive it sometime next week. I'll let everyone know and post some pics to this thread

Do you have iTunes? I just searched podcasts and found it there. There are other podcasting services from what I understand, but I just download them on my iPhone.

My Aquarium box is ok. You will get a lot of food and other stuff you may not use. Some months I feel like the box is not worth is and then some months it is.

If you want to receive an array of random aquarium related item, chemicals and such its pretty neat.
Some of the best items I have received were pods, alk & cal dry mix, prodibio, frag plugs, carbon, nori, a couple good foods.
I quit after six months because most of the items I was never going to use anyways. It the kit was $20 I may have stuck around longer.
