Any GHL pro's out there?

I posted in the GHL forum.....I cannot start up my 2.1 stand alone doser....the USB driver didnt even pop up....I am stuck....any help today would be appreciated as i wanted to get this thing installed today while i am home......

Any help on how to get moving forward would be great. I do have the GHL app on my phone. Do I have to use a computer to get this thing running? It has not been too successful so far......

Also You will need to first set it up through your pc and usb and remember to calibrate the pumps when all set up

Hi. That is my problem I can’t even get the thing connected. When I go to my program files there is no GHL file.....

When I had mine I recall having to try several USB ports before finding one that worked. Doesn’t make any sense that it would be that way, but that worked for me.

You can see what port is connected by Watching the videos, it explains everything.

Sorry again I’m not in front of my pc maybe someone can chime in on the app GHL communications or something like that should be open after connecting 2.1 to pc then select your model and hit connect pop up should ask which port ,, you can verify which by looking at your ports in program/hardware should show . Place in the pop up on drop down menu which port and should bring it up

I have the program downloaded on my computer. Installed the driver.....now I cannot connect the computer to the doser. I get the error code "Could not connect. Do you want to check the settings now?".......any help would be appreciated.......I tried all my USB ports on the computer too....
