Any good shops in Shreveport?

there's only a couple of places that sell corals and fish. Aquarium Concepts and Petzone in Shreveport, and Critter Co in Bossier. Critter Co is pretty pricey though. I've got a pretty good selection of corals, let me know what you're looking for and maybe i can help you out

Yeah I ended up checking out Aquarium Concepts, but I thought he didn't have a whole lot to choose from, especially on the salt side. Nice display tank though...
I didn't know about Petzone or Critter Co so I might have to check them out next time I'm in town. I was actually there last weekend at Horseshoe but couldn't get there early enough to stop by any shops along the way.
My tank is still new... about 6 weeks old now. I've had a frogspawn and goniopora (sold as alveopora.. uh!) for about 3 weeks and they are both doing good. Clowns are in QT for about 3 more weeks, but they are doing good too. I'm not really looking for anything in particular... just trying to get my feet wet again with this tank so I'm thinking maybe some zoas or palys, rics, GSP... stuff like that. Unfortunately, the local shop here doesn't keep a whole lot of stuff like that in stock.
Do you order your stuff online, or find it locally?

Time to bring back this old thread because I'm headed back to good ol Shreveport in the morning! I'm gonna try to find Petzone and Critter Co.. just looking for some cheapish frags or larger corals.

I'm not far from Shreveport but I rarely hit the LFS there. Some look to have potential but every time I drive over they don't have much in stock. Let me know if you come across anything good.

We are starting a club in Shreveport for local hobbyists in the area to get together and network and trade ideas, information, corals, equipment, etc. We are going to have our first meeting towards the end of May and hope to have many people come and join us!
