Any idea of what this is

Clownfish looks horrible not sure what it is or how to treat. His gills are all swelling. It is just him. Was in a qt tank with copper of 30 days and had a fresh water dip. Was perfect for 30 days no bumps nota till I put him in the DT.

Looks like his white stripe is peeling if that makes sense.

Its most likely brook Brooklynella (clownfish disease)

Mine looks different by looking at the link. No mucus over his body at all did not have it at the start or now. The the Hue you see around the picture on the fish is just my cell camera and the lights

Nope your 100% right lol was looking up cotton wool and seen more pics of the Brook. Thanks again.

You're welcome. Brook can present in many different ways. I've probably seen most of them by now and this is one for sure. Follow the treatment protocol carefully and you should be able to cure the clowns. Also be prepared to treat all your fish the same and leave the display fallow for 6 weeks minimum.
