I would assume it is a wild colony also. You want to place it in full light and high flow.
 
I've got it it high light and moderate flow. Polyp extension is shown. Not sure if this matches with a blue tort, but would love to think so :)
 
The torts, or Acropora tortuosa, commonly grow in staghorn formations. What you have there seems to be more bushlike, more like a tenuis, Acropora tenuis.
