Any Idea on what these guys are?

I have a whole colony rock of these and have had them for a while. They have some neat coloring, and I could never find out what they were. Seeing if anyone on here might have an idea.

How long have you had them? The color looks like it will be killer with some time. Love the speckles.

I have the colony in my 1st tank, which has several t8's over it. I have that small frag in my 5 gal nano tank with T5HO lights. The coloration in the green has gotten more pronounced. The small speckles are still there, but the green seems to arch inbetween connecting each of the dots around the head.
