Any idea on what to do with this guy?

Havent a clue what it is, but it glows speckled green but gets bluer nearer the center. Its folded over, should i wait for it to resolve itself or should I use a dab of glue?

Looks like some kind of mushroom. If it’s in a low flow area it should reattach to the rock on it’s own.
