Trying to identify these 2 items in my 30g mixed reef. The 1sr is the brown fuzzy mass(?) near the polyp colony. The 2nd is the green algae(?) under my mushroom. Sorry for the poor pix, but they are in an awkward area to get a better shot.

Bottom photo is bubble algae....hard to tell on the top one....is it possibly a group of feather dusters...but that's just a guess

First images looks like Colonial Hydroids to me. Take a piece of underwater epoxy and flatten it out like a pancake, then cover that area for a week or more. You can try applying a kalk paste directly to the areas as well.

Thanks Everyone! I zapped the Hydroids with Aptasia-X and it seems to have worked. Any tips on Bubble Algae removal or since it's in a small area, just keep an eye on it for spreading?

Emerald crabs

Either emerald crabs or remove it by hand very carefully you don't want to pop the bubbles because it will spread they are a lot harder then they look I took the rock out and picked it off with tweezers
