Does anyone have any idea what these are? They are in my sump and weir..

Ha ha I guessed right ( edited first post before you added pictures so didn't cheat ha ha )
Just harmless filter feeding pineapple sponges and will self regulate numbers according to your tank

Okay so nothing to worry about? Think I have some larger ones in display come to think of it

They are the biggest nightmare ever, having to keep cleaning the back wall of my display! Haha

Yeah will get sponges all over tank usually in shaded places

Yeah at times they do spread like wildfire but do calm down.my tanks 9 months old give or take and calmed down on them now buy as can see from photos of my rocks and how close they are to each other to how many I had lol
