Any idea what these may be?

I first noticed their trails in my substrate a few days ago and have been trying to get a good video from the microscope.

I have a basic 200x microscope for electronics and other things. I just hooked it to my phone to get a quick video. I wanna say it costed me 30$

I did a little research this morning, should I be concerned if that is indeed what they are.

On the bright side I am probably upgrading the tank size to a larger one so I can start fresh if I have to.

No. I wouldn't be concerned. A nice healthy tank is loaded with little unknowns.

Absolutely, I didn't think they were too alarming but I wanted to be safe and sure.
