Any idea what these white particles are

The water has these floating in it I don't think it's from the substrate but idk for sure any idea what it could be

Well sort of, it was in the whole tank but I move the out put of my filter an now it is only in the half of the tank that the out put is pointed in so still not sure what is causing it

No, not microbubbles or baby srimp I have seen baby shrimp these are not them

Did you rinse your sand? What type sand is it? How old is your tank? There's not something aimed so where it's causing too much flow in a corner or somewhere. Stick your arm in and move around and see if you can feel a particularly strong area.

I had something similar to that stuck to the back of my tank a few days ago after disturbing my sandbed while rearranging my aquascape. I didn't worry to much since they were not moving and now they are all gone

The tank will be a year old in April, yes I think we rinsed it, not sure exactly what the sand is called was live sand or something like that it's is kind of dark but here is a video

They are floating freely in the water they are not alive whatever they are here is a lighter video

Can we see a FTS from tank and sump?

First vid is releasing a bunch of micro bubbles from your return.
Second vid to me are micro bubbles too.
Try turn your filter off for 30 min and see if it will settle down?

You have air returning into the DT, it's either from a skimmer if you have one, or being syphoned in from the return pump!

I don't have a sump. Not sure what the abbreviations mean so will answer as best I can.

This is my filter, I have a reef octopus skimmer that has been running for a week but no bubbles are coming out of it. I turn of the filter for a few minutes the white particles floated to the top and made a film on the water

You pulling air through your canister filter or there's something as a filter fabric in your filter that causes this.
Canister filters are not the best filters to run on a saltwater tank.
Try to check out all seals from your filter.

So the whatever stops when you turn that filter off. As Diesel said the issue is the filter. I see some cyno bacterial in the tank too. If the filter is your only flow and turn over in the tank you need to work on getting a larger system.
