Any Idea what this is?

I finally got photos downloaded from my camera and found a few good freehand shots from inside the frag tank.

This one I can't remember where I got it from and what it's called... ideas?

It appears to be a red people eater.. looks like it was a bit unhappy; a bit bleached.

It's actually always been pink like that. I've got RPE's and they are definitely different. This one has clear stripes in it. It was the same color in my Red Sea Max. It's under T5's now.
