Any idea what this is?

No idea what this is. When I first noticed it about three or four weeks ago it was about a quarter the size it is now.

Looks like a bleached dwarf Lilly?

Looks like a paly extended to get above the hair algae.

It does seem like a lilly a little bit. It doesn't retract or anything and is kind of springy like a stiff algae. As my hair algae is receding I can see it is coming straight out of the rock and not from coral. It was also there before the hair algae outbreak but tiny. It has been white since it first started growing.

Tried to look up Pringle and even reef Pringles but only get the chips in the can....lol....any other part of the name?
