Any Idea what this is and how I Can get rid of it? currently dosing nitrate to get my level up from 0 also trying to bring phosphate down some I started yesterday 12-9 dosing 1 ml per 10 Gallons of peroxide through the air intake of my skimmer to try and reduce

Phosphate is 0.25
Nitrate 10

Looks like cyanobacteria. Usually, the cyano reacts pretty quickly to the peroxide. Did you see a difference after dosing the peroxide?

I saw a thread here where you could take a piece and add it to 2 cups of tank water and 1 ml of peroxide and it would turn green after a couple of hours that never happened before I was dosing 40ml of peroxide directly into the tank with no real effect

I seem to recall that spirulina looks like cyano but does not react to peroxide in the same manner.
