Any idea what this is?

Anybody have any idea what this is? It occasionally takes a gulp and retreats into the rock when disturbed.

Wow. I don't know! Reminds me of what some shrimp or feather dusters do to catch particles in the water column. Will be interesting to see if someone can identify.

Probably a barnacle. The one towards the back is. The ine up front isn't clear enough.

Just watched it on my laptop, which has bigger screen, i changed my mind, it is some type of tunicate.
