Cannot tell from the pic if its bristle worms but you can Google their pictures and see if you can spot the unmistakable bristle legs that they have
Just based on its location and the spread pattern, I think you are looking at the tentacles of a larger spaghetti worms thats buried under it. If so, just leave it alone, its a harmless detrivore
