I can't tell what you're looking at in this pic - all I really see is a grey blob in the center and an orange and black thing on the side. I have no idea what either would be based on the picture though.
The green thing may be a sponge of some kind, but I'm not sure (some green sponges like this can include Halichondria corrugata and Suberites aurantiacus, though if it was the latter I would expect to see orangish coloration inside the openings). I also don't see anything I personally would think of as worm-like in the pics, but there is a pineapple sponge in your other picture there (pineapple sponges are harmless filter feeders common to new tanks that typically disappear on their own in time).what is the greenish thing and worm like thing in holder?
