As I was looking for dinos, I found this. Good, bad, indifferent?

Could be a copepod or a larva or some sort, I don't have an ID for you but by default I would assume either benign or beneficial - there are even copepods that will eat dinos and other pest algaes, so maybe it's trying to help.
