Couple weeks, has been doing great, tank is a few months old, just checked parameters when I got home ammonia and kh a little high, time for a water change.

Yes- they do get nipped on or damaged in various ways, but Do heal quickly as long as they are healthy and tank conditions are favorable

It's best to have a mature tank for them to survive long term. There's not much you can do to help it. Best of luck!

24 hours later the puffy white stuff is gone and is moving about! Ty ladies and gentlemen
