They almost look like eggs of some sort. Are they mobile? Do you have any livestock in your sump?

No livestock & don't think mobile but it's spread all over the glass & all is linked together

non photosynthetic filter feeders. I believe to be a type of feather dusters. I used to have them in my sump on my old 75g if they are the same as what I had which they appear to be I never had any issues with them
