Any ideas for experiments ?

Ok so it's summer time classes are put and I have the lab to myself. My zoanthid project is going well but I need them to grow faster, so I thought since ypu guys have all been so helpful to me I thought I would ask you guys if there are any experiments /tests you all would like me to try , keep in mind most of the funding comes from me so lets not get carried away but I do have lots of cool toys at my disposal. So what do you guys think ?

Split 2 zoad diffrent colors, similar in size and see if they will attach to a single zoa

I would like to see a dissolved O2 comparison of the same tank running pellets and not running pellets over a 24hr cycle

Good call on the dissolved o2 what aboutbother aspects concerning water quality?

you should be able to calculate a relative metabolic rate based on the ratio of O2 and CO2. The Ph should track and is something most folk can monitor. I think the end use of this knowledge would be testing reactor design and parameter tweeks as PO4 lags too much to know what is helping without a ton of waiting.
