Any ideas? It swims like a fish.

Currently all that is in the tank is some hitchhiker snails, some small shrimp like things, a bunch of pods and there was at one point a crab but O haven't seen it in awhile. It was set up as an emergency tank for an injured goby a couple months ago but has been empty since i took him out a couple weeks later.
 
Epitokes are the reproductive phase of polychaete worms ... like bristle worms. They help to distribute the species, and extend their ranges.

It's fine to leave in the display.
