I have a monti, torches, hammers, zoas, favia, RFA, scoly, acans, blastos and avatar clove polyps.

Looks like a piece of monti that grew over a piece of rubble and is not getting enough light. Cyphastrea have bigger and further spread out polyps if im guessing the scale right.

Which montipora do you have in your tank, anything that could match that if it were bleaching?

I only have a small piece of monti, this is it. I don't see where any has broken off.

yep prob a piece of that monti. It probably broke a little piece and grew back thats why ur not seeing it.

Agree, the colors match and you dont have anything else in the tank that it could come from, so apart from the possibility of a random hitchhiker it has to be that monti.
