Any ideas on what this snail/invert is?

Beautiful shell on this little critter. Would love an ID if possible!

Gorgeous! If I had to guess, I'd say it's a member of the terebridae, or auger snail family. I think that they are largely predatory, though (and possibly venomous).

I also thought it might be turritella bacillum. Can you get a closeup of it?

Unfortunately, it has crawled away. If I see it again, I’ll get more photos!
